Terms & conditions for gift cards
- Gift cards can be bought online or in the shop, and redeemed only in person at the Today We Read shop. They cannot be used on the online store.
- Remaining value cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Today We Read is not responsible for lost, damaged, stolen or improperly used cards.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for another gift card or gifted onward once part-used.
- Invalid if the barcode is defective and/or the security feature is damaged — contact Customer Service at contact@todayweread.com.
- Usable until the balance is depleted; cannot be topped up. After expiry or depletion, customers may keep the card.
- Check your remaining balance with staff at the cashier counter.
- Products purchased with a gift card cannot be returned — only exchanged in the shop within 7 days of the original gift card purchase.
