Privacy policy
What we collect
- Account and order details — name, email, telephone number, delivery address and order history, when you create an account, place an order or book an event.
- Payment — handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment, not your card number.
- Preferences — wishlist items and, with your consent, whether you'd like to receive news from us.
- Website use — basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) to keep the site working and understand what people read.
Why we use it
- To fulfil and deliver orders, confirm event bookings and provide customer service.
- To run your account, wishlist and order history.
- To send news, new arrivals and event invitations — only if you opt in, and you can opt out from any email.
- To keep the shop's records and meet accounting and tax obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, delivery couriers, our accounting system, and email service. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires. Account data is kept while your account is open and removed on request. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, object to processing, or ask for a copy of your data. Email contact@todayweread.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for the bag, checkout and login to work, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control optional cookies in your browser.
Children
Accounts and orders must be made by an adult. Event bookings for children are made by a parent or guardian.
